Default Trip trade into premium pay?

So I have a four day trip this week, the 2nd to the 5th, and there are a bunch of open time trips that have premium pay attached. If I trade out of my 4 day and into a 4 day with a premium, do I still get the premium, or does the company get to cancel the override? Does it matter if they days are not the same, ie trade for a trip that starts on the 1st?

As long as the trips don't start on the same day as the drop you get the add pay.

No you will not get the override because you would just be doing a trip trade, you would have to be off and doing a straight pickup

Traded out of a 1-day into a 2-day with premium pay this month.

You might want to read the contract. I posted the section above. As long as the trips start on different days you DO get the premium pay.

If the days are different or you are trading from a lesser day trip to a longer one, if they are both on the same days as I think he's asking, you would not get the premium pay.

I agree! I didn't state that well though, I think he was asking about trading day for day and getting the premium.
