Yes. GUM based pilots get a $3,000 per month stipend for "Nuclear Hazard Pay".

Meh, while I wouldn't assume any sense of rationale behavior from the North Korea, they'll be reduced to cinders in about a day if they do anything like launch a missile at Guam.

Unless we can snag it along the way, the scenario you described doesn't really help out the people on Guam.
