You make a lot of generalizations. Stated the office avoids contract compliance. Did you file a grievance for the massive “weasel out of” compliance issues?

I suspect you hold the company’s feet to the fire in compliance and you take full advantage of the CBA. I should think they also expect compliance. You want them to look the other way to meet your needs but don’t expect them to do so on their behalf.

To cross pollinate this issue with pilot contract issues is a broad brush. Again do your go fund me and do what you think is best.
Don't make insinuations. If you have something to say, say it. If not you shouldn't say anything. Pretty poor taste to beat around the bush on this.

Anytime I have seen this person do something that might stray outside the lines, it was to help one of us.

You forgot to add, "and it wasn't for personal gain."

This whole thing makes me sick. I hope she's doing well this Thanksgiving day.

I would rather get a little dirty by caring for one of ours, even when they may have some hidden dirt, than standing back and doing nothing. The world is full of people on the sidelines.

ALPA's issue is they have no legal nor fiduciary right or responsibility to represent or help those outside our brothers and sisters of the cockpits of UAL. I would imagine the SFO Council has been warned by National that their actions put the Association at risk. Hey, we can't even get our 5% back due to lawsuits from within the ALPA house.

It is the right thing to do, as individuals, to show our support for her.

Sadly, this one is pretty locked up tight and the most we can do at this point is to let everyone in the SFOFO Office we are behind Lin.
Very well put! "L" has bent over backwards to help the pilots in the office. I don't know about stuff that goes outside the line but from my perspective, she deserves our support and $$$ if needed.

It appears that many SFO pilots are getting the word that Lin's GoFund me is out today. Great initial response: here it is:

It’s just shy of $85k this morning. I’d love to see $100k by tomorrow! I’d also like to see some key players at SFO-FO hit the road.....
