smartass children these days.
So wait a minute... you have zero experience on ANY of the mentioned fleets. You also have no idea the design nor provided space in these bunks? Perhaps you should probably keep your opinions on this matter yourself vs bad mouthing those that are on the fleets who have first hand experience on the specific details regarding crew meal consumption in the designated areas to do so?

787 seat comes with a sound curtain and light barrier, by the way so do the sleep rooms, and a tray table. The curtains are thick enough in the sleep rooms I can't hear the other pilot changing clothes.

But you gotta love his belligerent Continental and new hire hating rants. I wonder what side of the scope fence he sits on. I'm guessing it's all about numero uno, the rest of us be damned.

Of course Jerry may have taught the F/Os so well they just didn’t think of it by the time I got to fly with them.

At legacy UAL the B747 fleet was a whole different world.
Although there were a few that would pee in a bottle in the bunk room. Seemed like there was a PSA from council 34 every year detailing the impropriety .

I haven't flown the 777-300 (flew 777-200, now on 787) but understand that the rest area is bigger than the 787. The 787 is a much nicer rest area than the 777-200 by several levels of magnitude.
If one were to eat in the rest area seat on the 787 while I was in the bunk, I very much doubt I'd notice it.

If one were to fire up the Google machine, they can find photos and videos of the 787 and 777-300 rest areas. The 777-300 looks like it's got a lot of space and eating there wouldn't be an issue.

So you once again have proven you have no idea about the bunk rooms on the 77W and 787. Nobody is talking about the old clapped out 772 closet bunk here bud. Try to follow along...
