For those keeping score: I once again did a 100% 401k election, but after Federal and California state withholding only 85.2% of my profit sharing made it to my Schwab account.

Same as next year - maybe more since you live in CA.

Good thing we are headquartered in Chiraq, where only criminals and cops have guns.

Wait until they hear a $40m tax break is pocket change to Delta.

MIAMI — Delta has announced that they would be boosting their profit sharing program for their 80,000 employees by an additional $1 billion, stirring the waters of competing airlines such as American Airlines (AA) and United Airlines (UA).

Up to date, more than $5 billion has been put into the profit sharing program so far, showing Delta’s long commitment to reward their employees and also to keep them happy while providing the service that they want to give to its broad customer base.

Well, I'm doing something wrong. After Fed + CA OASDI/EE + ALPA, I had 67.45% go to my post-tax Schwab acct.
No state income tax, Married claiming 10.

22.0% was federal withholding. Is your number pre-tax?

After tax withholding and ALPA. I divided the amount deposited in my PRAP by my gross PS amount. FWIW, dividing my Fed withholding by the gross shows only 3.61%. I’m married claiming 12.

Perhaps you hit your $18.5k($23.5k) limit already? I won’t until mid-March.
