The reason that I got for not to do it was because United is trying to lower their environmental footprint and ask you can imagine, all the thank you cards that they would get from all the individuals interviewing for the position would add up to quite a bit. If you multiply 10K applications and thank you cards over 10 years, that’s a lot of paper.
