The results from my understanding are computer generated and then reviewed by a human.
Results to applicant depends on when you take it apparently according to the hogan thread, if you take it Friday won’t be till following week etc

I took the hogan a couple months ago but got my results (interview invite) an hour later.

It may depend. But from what I've always heard is that the computer simply spits out the "pass" to be moved to the next step, interview invite without a human seeing it.

It's been rumored for over a year now that the process will change to not only when a candidate takes it, but as well as a person seeing the ACTUAL test before a CJO is given or not.

I knew this post was coming, haha! I'd be very curious to see how many invites get sent out from the 2 fairs (civ and mil). 100% would be nice, but that won't be the case. I read that for some attendees this was their second fair. Good luck!:cool:

For those still curious about the in house November job fairs for family members of united employees and former interns, invites went out yesterday for interns and family members went out today. Received an invite for the family event on November 14th.

Regional CA, 2900 TT and 500-600ish PIC are my quals. No LCA, 5 internals and a CP letter.

Good for you! As a point of reference I did not get one as a regional captain, 5100 TT, 2123 TPIC, I AM a LCA and I have 2 internals. One being from the now retired 777 fleet captain and the kicker, I actually worked at LUAL for 15 years and was a model employee. I was laid off in 2005 as part of the bankruptcy. Good luck!
