With our reduced fall/winter flying any relatively open routes to the Caribbean from the East Coast? I just checked PUJ and it looks booked every day this week and next. I was hoping to find a best kept secret like LIH from LA has open seats all the time. Thanks and always fly safe

Also be sure to check the actual boarding totals in EmployeeRes to see if they have "held" any first class seats when oversold in the back

I think you see more open FC seats on Caribbean flights because there are much fewer Premier members on those flights.

As a new-hire they really don't do much for priority since other, more senior, non-revs on vacation can also use them but they do waive the charges for F.
And speaking of F, list in F. You can always get a seat in Y while listed for F but not the opposite. It would suck to list in Y and see the airplane push without you with seats open in F.

Rule of thumb: use the vac passes unless you are specifically saving them for something else. Also consider that your 2018 allotment expires at the end of the year.

The screenshot shows my current balances. Needless to say I use vacation passes very little, but when I do Nonrev, I use them.
