Huh.....I am pretty sure Delta does put a limit on credit on the top end. You are hard pressed (except for one-off exceptions like OE) to exceed ALV+15 hours with regard to credit. Overtime (Greenslip) pay is another story....that is simply pay, not credit.

False. That is a white slip pickup limit. Swap board has no limits, GS Has no limits.

GS gathers no credit (you can't put 50 hours of GS pay into your full service bank) and swap with the pot most certainly falls under the ALV+15 limit. Swap with friends may not be subject to the ALV+15 limit but there are still certain requirements (FAR limits) that must be honored so there is, in fact, an upper cap.

GS gathers no credit (you can't put 50 hours of GS pay into your full service bank) and swap with the pot most certainly falls under the ALV+15 limit. Swap with friends may not be subject to the ALV+15 limit but there are still certain requirements (FAR limits) that must be honored so there is, in fact, an upper cap.

I’m well aware of what the contract says. My fault for saying credit when GS is pay only—that’s the only thing you got me on. As you know, we have guys in the summer getting 200+ hours of pay a month. Not sure why you bring up the bank, i made no mention of the bank. THE PILOT SWAP BOARD which you can pick up trips from HAS NO ALV + 15 limit. Of course there is a FAR cap...everyone has a FAR cap.....

Because your original post said credit...only credit goes into the bank, not pay. That is why I referenced the full service bank. Can only read what you posted, not your mind. And, re-read my reply again...as I said, there are two swaps available - swap with the pot (must honor ALV+15) and pilot-to-pilot swaps which I expressly acknowledged is not bound by the ALV+15.

We have flexibility to drop now to 50 hrs or to make 110plus hours of credit. If your suggesting adding artificial caps and barriers to just put more bodies on the property, that hurts the companies productivity and takes money out of our pockets. It’s not the 1970s any more. Earn if you want, don’t if you don’t.
