Thanks for all the advice here and in the PMs I've received. I appreciate the honest feedback and advice from multiple points of view. Sounds like everyone admits the 320 C/P is far superior to the 737. However seniority, destinations, and moment are better on the 73. Its going to be a tough choice to make if I have the option of either even if DCA isn't available initially. But I feel extremely lucky and grateful to be able to have that choice to make. From the job fair to the interview, United pilots have been super friendly and helpful. At each of those events as I walked from the security gate to the interview building, multiple guys just walking by have said things like "Good luck, cant wait to have ya on property". Just regular line pilots doing whatever training they were doing. Very positive atmosphere.

I'm sure it's already been pointed out, but reserve at home, and not commuting, is not bad at all. Get paid to stay at home. After saying that, if you have the chance at 757, you will be on reserve for a lot longer, but as I said, not a bad gig, worth considering. Good flying and a bit of international flying out of IAD on the 757/767.
