I had a CP meet and greet in Aug. it was a Great experience; everyone was very personable and welcoming. I have not seen anything in my application yet, but not sure if they even attach rec letters anymore. Hopefully we hear something in the near future! Excited for the possible opportunity.

If you do not get a LOR on your airlineapps does that mean you got the "silver bullet"?

I was able to go a Meet and Greet in early-mid June.
Checked my email every day in hopes of the invite.
Got the invite mid-August! So, for me, it was about two months.
Hogan passed and interview set for early October.

There was no change in my LORs after the meet and greet.

It comes from Airline Apps.

Where do you get communication info on meet and greets usually?

Your friend at United will do the legwork. Each CP has their own procedure for requesting and scheduling a meet.
