I never said bulletproof. Heck even United’s flying isn’t bulletproof. Will we lose flying because I’m following my SAPAs recommendation to follow company FOM? No. No we won’t.

As a Skywest CA, I will not allow any United pilot on my Jumpseat. Your MEC really screwed up with this one.
Also if I hear any threat of career progression I will report you straight to your chief pilot. Ive urged and coached other CAs to make this same decision. Do NOT expect better treatment as all Skywest CAs will be following this decision. My ultimate question is: Why does your pilot group continue to look down on regional pilots? As I said earlier, I hope you all get used to using Greyhound and Amtrak.
I commute from a SkyW station. I buy tickets to work. You’ll never keep me from gettin where I need to go. I’ll waive as I board though just to be courteous.

Of course, RJRUS, should you carry out your mission ,you will share the disciplinary letter from your chief pilot with us.... right?????

Go ahead post the videos of the confrontations when the events take place. Should prove entertaining.

He isn't. He's probably just some reject who got a TBNT letter from OO.

If he *is* an OO pilot, then all I can say is, I'm sorry folks. Every airline has its toolbags, who as we all know do not represent the vast majority of the pilot group.

Actually, that's almost verbatim what you said here:

If you think that SkyWest isn't going to get a lot of attention on Whacker Drive (that's where United's suits reside) due to this, I suggest you rethink that thought.
I'd be surprised if someone in the next few Captain charm school classes doesn't ask Oscar and Scott and Bryan and Bebe why we don't reduce our flying with SkyWest when they each come down for their hour with the new Captains.
SkyWest is likely in violation of multiple aspects of their contract with United and if this issue gets enough attention, management can find legal ways to reduce or terminate SkyWest's contract very quickly. And any flying would be easy to replace by next summer's busy flying season.

As much as I want to admit Skywest is the best, we aren’t. In other words, everyone gets hired at Skywest, myself included. Move along bud.

Replaced by who? Do you really think these D scale regionals such as Transtates are filling classes? I know you’re too preoccupied to care about the regionals so I’ll answer for you. The answer is no. If you really think pilots have a say in contract agreements, you’ve been misinformed. You’re a number. Oscar will go home and forget who you are after he begins to sip his 25 year old single barrel bourbon. And don’t you forget that.

We all realize that. If this gets out of hand, one might want to consider a lateral move out of OO before every OO pilot gets looked at with a microscope. We had some problems with a few ExpressJet newhires a while back and now they're looked at a lot closer. One turd in the punchbowl tends to make all of the punch in the punchbowl toxic.

Ohhh this is a good one. Uproot ones whole family and life because Skywest pilots might get blacklisted from United? Cut me a break and get off your pedestal. Let me ask you this: do you know anyone on the hiring board at United? I want you to ask them if they will blacklist every Skywest pilot. You know what the answer will be? No. Why? Because that is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
