Flight attendants aren’t tied to specific equipment. The more bases they have away from the pilot bases the better. Reduces commuter congestion since they are the largest work group.

“All your base are belong to us" was a popular Internet meme based on a broken English ("Engrish") phrase found in the opening cutscene of the European release of the 1992 Mega Drive/Genesis port of the 1989 arcade video game Zero Wing, which is subtitled and poorly translated.
The meme developed from this in the early 2000s, as the result of a GIF animation depicting the opening text, which was initially popularized on the Something Awful message forums.

The smallest of the new FA bases appears to be TPA, with 21 mainline departures today. Each flight would require a rough average of 3.5 FAs (we'll round that up to a total of 75 FAs needed per day). As mentioned earlier, FAs can work on any equipment.
I believe the biggest UA stations without pilot bases right now are BOS, LAS, and MCO. BOS had 42 mainline departures today, so a need for 84 pilots per day. But, those departures were split between the Guppy (22), Bus (11), and 756 (9). No single fleet even comes close to requiring 75 pilots per day in BOS.
CLE has managed to remain a 737 base with significantly fewer total daily NB departures than BOS/LAS/MCO. But, it continues to slowly shrink through attrition and its future has long been in doubt. If the 737 fleet grows enough at the expense of the 757, I suppose it might justify another base or two. But on the whole, it seems unlikely that the CO will open any more pilot bases.
