They’re just going to run displacements until they get staffing to the min numbers in the displacement bulletin. SFO 777 F/O’s junior to slot 233 for example, give or take a few due to voluntary displacements, are there on paper only and will be bumped in the next bid. After a couple of bids we will be grossly overstaffed on the NB fleets to be ready for furloughs.

I think you are right. They will displace until they have 7,000 NB FO’s and then furlough 4,000 Oct 1st.

Looking at the number's in the Crew Resource Report (dated May 8th) via FT, it's really the only updated/tangible numbers put out specifically for the Global WB via the "Tentative Head Count" (B787, B777, B756) chart within the Crew Resources Report. The following numbers were cited just looking at the First Officer numbers on the final snap-shot (5/21) vs the First Officer numbers on the "Tentative Head Count" cited above. I didn't look at them all, but below is a good contrast.
Going by the final Snap-Shot number in the following BES's (5/21):
SFO 777 was not too bad. It was showing: 398 vs 322 on the "Tentative Head Count".
SFO 787 was actually on par. It was showing 266 vs 270 on the "Tentative Head Count".
EWR 787 WAY undershot with 167 vs 249 on the "Tentative Head Count".
EWR 777 WAY undershot with 311 vs 387 on the "Tentative Head Count".
Where things start to go off the rails in overstaffing of various BES's:
ORD 787 showing 184 vs 83 on the "Tentative Head Count".
IAH 787 showing 133 vs 62 on the "Tentative Head Count".
IAH 756 showing 205 vs 90 on the "Tentative Head Count".
EWR 756 showing 352 vs 235 on the "Tentative Head Count".
DCA 787 showing 210 vs 125 on the "Tentative Head Count".
Needless to say, it's going to be interesting to see the numbers when D-Bid 20-07 is published, and how soon PC sends out D-Bid Round 2......Stay Thirsty.

Yep. Round 2 (which will happen “within days” according to Carlson yesterday) will displace off 75/78, and round 3 will displace NB excesses to junior bases to finish it up before they drop the F bomb. Good luck to us all.
