That's the way it used to be. The new way is more stupider.

We do them at AA if needed (generally SNA).

To me bleeds off is preferable to Flaps 25. Would not like that drag trying to climb/accelerate if we shell a motor. But will do it if it’s the only way to get legal t/off data.
