I think the numbers coming in from the offered UAL/ALPA buyout/early retirement aren't going to save that many furloughs either. The DAL buyout I think would get a lot of numbers in my opinion. If UAL offered the exact same buyout as DAL, I think you'd see a lot of people take it.
I'm over 50 and 10+ years with the company and I think I'd take the DAL deal.

What do you think would be the interest level if it was 60yrs. old plus YOS?

There would be some interest.

Snapshot today has a total of 461, however not all have submitted the waiver. Close out tomorrow...

Drop it a year and I'm gone. That ought to make a lot of people happy. I know it will me.

shouldn't that boat be a Mako? 😁

Sold the original Old Mako. Great boat. I tried to buy a 26' a few years ago but it had ancient 2 strokes and needed this and that. Just tossed up an internet pic of a similar ride. Probably be shopping for something else when I'm done here.

Awesome plan and great thread drift. Hope to do the same except I’ve got 12 years left
see you out there someday. Except with new four strokes! I hope.:D

Might as well go big for retirement - something that's worthy of your career.

Viking 80. You can fit a platoon of smoking hot snapper on a boat like that!
