Just met a Compass guy let go 6 Apr and hired by Atlas 6 Apr, timing is everything. Quite a few from Compass/Trans States hired from talking to the OE Captains so there are some intermediate soft landings going on so there’s that. I’m former Compass and started at Alaska December 2019. There were a couple other Compass guys in my class. Ironically, I didn’t pass the Hogan last August at UA. What started as a nightmare ended up being a blessing in disguise...
