If some "vulture" helps me interview and get a job at Amazon because my linked in and resume needed a little polishing, I think it will be money well spent.
Agreed. But it’s also hard to market those services currently without coming across in an opportunistic way. All joking aside, the company mentioned above is exactly where I would go for it.

Wow! Nobody ever said anything about free market economics. If you think that they’ll directly help you get a job anywhere (like Amazon) you are highly delusional. But then again, if you are the type that needs “Professional” help setting up something as elementary as a LinkedIn account than be my guest. I call BS on false advertising. It is predatory because your demographic is a newly unemployed and possibly cash short group of hopefuls. Don’t be a sucker....that’s my point—

I would. I used “checked and set” to review my pilot credentials profile and also to polish up my resume. Shortly after, I got an interview with Southwest. Didn’t get the job, but that’s not relevant. I also did professional interview prep before my United interview and it made a huge difference. I did get that job. I poked a little fun at “checked and set”, but I would use them again if I felt that I needed it.

The OTHER company who is “vulturing”, and hasn’t even existed before COVID, wouldn’t get a dime of my money.

Grumble, just a head's up:

No one likes that your avatar "moves". When I see your posts, I scroll past them so I don't have to have it in my peripheral vision. As a result, I seldom read what you say anymore. Your avatar is f'in obnoxious. Give the rest of us a break and change it.

All kidding aside, I wish you well. Just hate to see pilots on furlough taken for a ride. Peace ✌️ out

I get kinda light-headed looking at Huggys avatar......ain’t natural for no air breathing flying machine to be up that high. Maybe Huggy could change his avatar to accommodate us low life’s down in the flight levels.......😬
