I kind a thought about this some more. Seems like a modernized jazzed up social security program for young people, but in reverse. You get the old and tired senior citizens to pay the rent, tuition, and living expenses of the youngsters who just got into the job market.

Like a friend of mine, I have provided feedback. Make paragraph breaks. His single paragraph once was EIGHT pages long. He is an engineer who works civilian DoD.

I’m not arguing for or against the TA with this comment....but PLENTY of junior folks are 40+years old. I was mid-40s when I started, and I was like number 10 in my class. We only had like 5 or 6 under 30. Your statement isn’t really accurate.....is my point. I understand how you feel about the TA...but the bottom 1/3 aren’t the kids on your lawn......

Another false narrative... watch the Q&A videos... they will clear up all these BS fears.

Wait, I think I figured it out. You saying that a line holder who usually flies 85 hours a month will take more of a paycut than a line holder who flies 70 hours a month. Is that right? I never would have known if you hadnt told us....thank you. If that’s not what you are talking about then I just give up.
