Did you happen to notich how much our EO sucked when compared to others? Did you notice how few guys took it? And did you notice that the NEW EO only pays our for 24 months, compared to the last one at 36? How many guys do you think are going to take it this time? Why is this group giving up an additional 12 months of pay? Who came up with this crap?
This is a limp dick deal.

the 24 months came about because on average the first pilots to take an early out were getting on average 18 months because of the ages of the group. Yes it would have been better to offer to a larger group and of course the MEC wanted to get 36 months in this new deal but it’s a negotiation and you can’t always get what you want.... Will be interesting to see how many that were so vocal and upset that it wasn’t offered to them in the first round take it in the second.

Yes! These guys on here on morons. Because they were abused kids in the 80s-90s..and can not move past the management is always screwing the pilots. They're running an airline. Kirby has a huge ego and his main objective is to crush American and Parker. Have we parked a fleet? 2-3 years from now..the no voters will be looked like scabs if not already.

Tout their “no” vote. One guy was making it known how he was taking one for the industry and was ready to make the sacrifice… But he didn’t tell everybody that he has a side business, was planning on returning to a reserve or guard gig, and has a wife who works as an executive for a fortune 500 company.
