I have been negative Andy but have never indicated taking an early out.. I'm still comfortable saying I don't think it will work, but when it doesn't I won't be gloating. Wrong. PVSL2 pilots, despite not flying do not create tier move-ups until they turn 65 (or 24 months from DOS, whichever comes first). So even if 655 sign up, it won’t move the tiers at all.
