If that’s all that happens in BK, I say that’s very optimistic. The judge making this LOA permanent would be just fine IMO, compared to some other creative deep cuts that he could impose. I hope you are correct.

This LOA is designed to retain pilots for a rebound, not minimize labor expenses for an airline shrinking in BK.

90 hr line, 50% pay cut, and NO pay protection. The company wants that low MPG, like the 65 hrs we had in bankruptcy. When trips and turns fall off your schedule throughout the month you’ll have a long way to fall before you hit the minimum. Think “we only want to pay what you actually fly”.
