I doubt you have come across anyone complaining about the unintended consequences. You choose to blame your fellow pilots for the carnage that covid is doing to our industry. This TA is driving a much bigger wedge between pilots because of people like you who are too obtuse to the state of the airline. No one expects anyone else to pay their salary and this TA doesn't do that. Covid is the cause of your "socialized" pay cut and this TA lessens the change in QOL and pay for a good portion of our list. The TA absolutely subsidizes the salary of the would be furloughed pilots, otherwise there would not have been any cuts in guarantee. How can you not acknowledge this? Furloughs are paid with with the pay cuts of others, not to mention the pay protection windfalls. Delta got it right where only the would be furloughed get a pay cut.
