Appreciate the insight! Sounds like a minimum of a year. I’m hoping that I’ll be at the front of the hiring wave and that will help getting to Denver faster. I’d be fine sitting reserve in Denver as soon as that’s an option. For now, I just need to get past the interview and get a CJO and class date.

Take it one step at a time, you got bigger fish to fry than worrying about how fast you can get somewhere. Too many variables rite now. Heck, you could all get 756 and that blows everything outta the water.

Northwest used the MMPI.
DL does two tests: a 250’ish question personality test on day 1, and the MMPI on day 2.

well considering there are going to be DEN737s in the upcoming class drop, I would say holding DEN could be pretty quick … lineholder… different story.

What determines the order of aircraft selections for new hires? Last four, age, something else?

Anyone who took the “personality leadership inventory” test recently. I took it yesterday, and got a warning that my Laptop’s Calculator program was running in the background. Everything was closed out before the test started. Is this going to flag an automatic failure? would be a rough pill to swallow lol. Thanks!

You will pick in class seniority based off whats available. Could workout great for everyone or could suck typically for bottom half. For my class everyone got what they wanted, even 8 Ball!!!!

I had something running in the background (unknown to me as there were no other windows open), but the program warned me prior to beginning the testing and the software actually closed anything that was running after the message popped up. You're saying you got a warning after testing?
