Yeah- I’m one of them. Monthly haircut here. Some of us take daily showers as well, bro. Should we start expensing shampoo and soap? You must be trolling

Not trolling. The FOM doesn't tell me how often to shower but it is fairly specific about hair. Also, every job requires showering. I'm not in a machine shop. My hair isn't going to wrap me around a lathe. To add insult to injury, the stylist asked me if I dyed my hair like I was some kind of pretty boy. Uh, if I was gender fluid I could have kept my hair. Apparently that was the last of my color and everything underneath is grey.
I wouldn't ever actually submit a pay claim, BTW. Concur makes me boil over with rage. It would just be nice to know they're looking out for us and backing up extraneous arbitrary policies they require. According to some recent company BS I read, I can have eyelid tattoos. So why not hair that touches the shoulder?
