That's probably the effective solution. We might also consider moving from the 12 year max payscale to a 20 or 25 year scale to incentivize senior FOs to make the jump.

No thanks. This isn’t a regional.

No. Increase PAY and QOL and QWL. Why are you trying to do the Company’s job for them?

Why incentivize FO's to "make the jump"? Why would the union spend any capital to essentially fix a management problem that could be solved with attractive work rules?

I don't think we should spend even 1 cent to 'solve' this problem. My suggestion was in response to the idea of a UPS style pay scale (single rate for Captains and single rate for FOs).

It's not a cap, but if you earn over $400k then you need to provision some of your living space for undocumented immigrants and abortions. As a high earner myself I'm actually looking forward to it. Can't wait to give back.

Hourly pay is one thing, what is Alaska’s monthly guarantee?

B Plan contribution?

We should also consider the 75 hr credit and 79 short call credit lines. We should increase minimum credit

I think for those senior FOs, QOL will be the only thing that makes them consider the jump.
