You need to pull yourself out of the old ways of thinking and contact a PBS trainer. The solutions are literally right in front of you within the PBS interface but those will require you to broaden your virtual horizons. Good luck.

Vacation credit increases over duration, training credit too, 401K 17% - 18%, 12pm Reserve start, FSB voluntary, SC improvements, more add pay carrot-like incentives, SL big improvements, holiday override, reassignment process/pay, RIG credit, overtime add pays, min RSV level rules, rolled RDO add pay, hotel points, positive space commuting.

Keep dreaming.

I sure hope you’re right, but after v1.0 rumors, you’ll forgive me if I wait for something official.

Expanding on what I said in my post earlier this looks an awful lot like what we intend to ask for and not necessarily what the company will offer. As I have said time and again, I recognize I am terrible at reading ALPA Tea Leaves, however, the communications to date seem to imply (at least to me) that the MEC has a good handle on what WE want, but I see no indication we have passed that information on to the company as of yet. Wasn't there a communique that mentioned waiting until after March 1st to start anything?? Anybody keep a copy of that??

yes, they said they’re going to wait until Deltas current negotiations play out so we don’t interrupt what they’re doing. Then we start (in public, anyway).

I certainly hope they're asking for a lot more than something that provides us with less purchasing power than 2019.

I got a new survey from ALPA for final direction to the negotiating committee. It wasn’t very extensive but it had a section for reserve improvements that will interest many here as well as a block to write what you want to see in the next deal. It’s not an exhaustive survey by any means, but it is one more chance to participate and let them know your priorities.

Tonights Negotiating Update says they are meeting with Company next week on the 14th in Denver.

This is completely true. We must demand that the 5% we were given to take a pay cut during Covid is over and above our let’s-catch-up-with-delta contract. If we don’t demand this, we are allowing our union to be completely outplayed, because essentially the company will have gotten all the Covid concessions for free (oh m, except for 1st class DH).

Last year if you went into a Porsche dealership and asked for a 911 or 718 you'd be told you had to wait a year just to get the right to order one AND you'd have to pay over sticker. Today that situation is no longer true.
