When’s United’s strike vote going out? Seems like it’s overdue.

This. It doesn’t matter what he says “unofficially” in a video to pilots. What matters is what happens at the negotiations table. I always ignore these statements and just read the unions communication.

Not a slam on you.. but EVERYONE needs to start attending Union meetings so they can learn the process.
A Strike Vote, while IMPORTANT, is just another tool in the box. But it needs to come AFTER we request mediation.

I also believe that we will need to request Mediation if we don't have an Honest & Fair, Industry Leading Contract '23 (AIP/TA) by the Investor Relations conference where we learn our 1st Quarter results. If SK and team don't step up, then WE need to use EVERY PR tool in our box to make sure Investor, the public and especially Potential Hew Hires understand the "culture" here.
United Next will become United NOPE

It’s almost criminal we didn’t go for mediation years ago. Thank God for Delta blazing the trail or we would be completely effed.
