Even if it were true the gov't would once again say that prices would go up and it's hurting the consumer. Not going to happen. Also UAL can't do a hostile share take over and would have to agree to Franke's absurd price tag.

AAL (#1 in pax carried) and Jet Blue (#8) code share - BLOCKED
Spirit (#7) and Jet Blue (#8) merger - BLOCKED
UAL (#4) and Frontier (#10) merger - Definitely gonna happen, and definitely gonna be approved! You heard it here first!!!

There are many reasons to ditch Frontier and join us, but this isn't one of them.

Or just bleed them out and buy the scraps. No mergers are necessary.

if you really believe this, at the conclusion of your next duty period there will be an individual with a clipboard waiting for you on the jetbridge.

Which would be nothing short of terrible, and every single pilot should be against this happening.

The history of airline longevity in this industry isn't pretty to say the least.
Employees can be for or against any airline thriving or not but it has zero to do with what will happen in the future.
