Worsened. Line holders are now reservest. You bid for a overnight but you will not get there. They will reassign you. Last month four reassignments. Where did my nice overnight go? To a reserve. New rules are horrible for line holders.

There were some people b¡tching about being used a lot on long call........but if you ve played ball before you kinda know ......the additional notification time is not so you can stay home more.

Universal airline reserve knowledge:

LONG CALL you are doing what your colleagues DO NOT want to do...(ie Weekends, non commutable 4 days)

SHORT CALL you are covering the Company's mistakes or setbacks ( deadhead, Work 1 leg, overnight - DH back to domecile)
