NB QOL

It has been a couple months now with new reserve rules fully implemented. I feel that qol has decreased significantly under the new contract. Line holders are constantly being reassigned as if now on reserve. Reservest are being abused. New reserve lines are not working as described or designed. Hopefully next contract fixes these issues and models south west or deltas approach.

He's an TI troll. Still mad how the elections went down and the Tumi was shot down. Your QOL will go up when you just block him lol.

just stating my experience 🤷. Only been here under 3 years and couldn’t even vote on the tumi.

summer was brutal on reserve, but that was under the old rules. Granted it’s a slow time now but it’s much better for me so far. People will actually pick up short calls.

Just my opinion

I dont think the contract has a bunch of new protections in it. Protections -> prevents company from doing x, y or z.
however… It does pay a lot better when it does happen. Jmho

Get outta here with your troll posts JB. Not a good look for you.

Nobody I know has been complaining. Everyone seems to relatively happy with the contract. So yeah, not sure what this is about.

Really the only change from old contract to new is the elimination of FSB. Remove that and yes lineholders MAY see more reassignments. (Will need several months of data to compare)

18 hr callout is fantastic for me. Sitting rsv from 2 states away at the moment. Home 22 days last month. The OP is a clown.
