My technique on the airline Interview circuit was to add all of my paper logbook entries for flights to my electronic logbook entries from RJ land, then print it out in a binder using Jepp Pro Pilot 27 format. Signed every page.

I made a separate logbook for all of my airline sim training events and printed out copies of my training records and placed them in with that. I was a NH FO for a 64 year old airline Captain transitioning to a new aircraft. I wanted to show why it took almost 30 sims to complete training.

I brought all original logbooks, my sim logbook and my electronic logbooks printed out (even though it encompassed the original logbook flight time) with flight time summaries at the front (accurate flight time summary was my motivation to transfer my paper logs to electronic) Signed every page. Zero logbook/hours questions at any ULCC, LCC and Legacy interviews I attended.

 

It can take awhile (depending on how many pages of paper logbooks you need to transfer over), but it is 1000% worth it.

I started using Logbook Pro (PC guy) back in 2014. It took some time to transfer everything over, but once it was done it was done and smooth sailing the rest of my career.

You can print it out and it will look and have the same
format as the Jepp Professional Pilot paper logbook. It looks great.

How far out is your interview?

 

3 weeks. I already have everything transferred over (electronic is my primary)… I was more or less asking if one logbook with all my endorsements is acceptable and the rest printed out from my electronic logbook is good for the interview. Or if I have to transfer everything to paper
