3. They really don't need an integrated seniority list or a joint CBA. They can already mix and match fleets (to include putting UAL's 70 seat RJs on CAL routes, despite a court order).

So does UAL really need an integrated seniority list and joint CBA???? What's going to stop them from turning this into the next America West/USAir merger?
What court order? What did I miss, ALPA attorneys actually left the office and went to court? YHGTSM!

Do you fly for CAL or UAL? If so, what makes you think there has ever been a court case over 70 seat flying at CAL? Call your reps and ask them the status of the company's compliance withe ARBITRATOR's ruling. (capitals for Riddler to get a clue)

See you all May 3 with picket signs in hand.

The real fun part is watching/working with guys still busting arse to make DOT, saving gas with shortcuts, single-engine taxis, etc. This is why we will be USAIR part duex. Until we learn SAFETY is paramount, things will never change.

I think the nickel and dime effort across the fleet isn't causing much more than a yawn from jeff. Perhaps that's why the union asked that the rouge efforts stop.
You want some numbers that make's him spew his morning cappuccino.

Agreed. But it's never gonna happen with this pilot group. Rouge efforts.......sounds good from someone not flying under C02 and getting 90 hours of pay a month.

Rouge efforts indeed. The French would be proud.

I am flying under POS '02. I haven't come anywhere near 90 hrs. of total pay since I can't remember when. I get pay for about 75 to 80 hrs/mo. I bid line value low/award work low. When PBS gives me more....I self adjust. Simple as that. I've been around just long enough to know that 2 or 3 guys per bank taxiing slow isn't making a very big dent. You want to leave a mark? Use a bigger hammer. The time will come. Will this pilot group respond? I'd like to think so, but I share your skepticism. Please pardon my poor grammar.
"Rogue".....

Sorry. The rogue wasn't directed at you but at the union messenger. It very easy to proclaim the anti-rogue message when you are not having to suffer like the rest of us on both sides.
