Do you really call further concessions to a contract that was gutted in BK compromise? Unreal.

If further concessions to an already sub-standard contract is what it takes to achieve an SLI......welcome to the new USAir.

"Clueless", "Scab-like," "Company Shill." LOL, some of you L-UAL folks have some really misplaced anger issues. Perhaps you should consider a medical leave of absence. Do you really consider yourself fit to fly?

This constant berating of Captain Pierce is extremely misguided. The securing of PS was sanctioned by the L-CAL MEC. Some of you folks just can't accept that fact and have decided to wage the most illogical war against Captain Pierce.

You seem very unhappy. I know that there are a lot of moving parts right now e.g., TPA, JCBA, SLI etc. etc. but it's okay - we'll get through this episode in our careers. What is important is that we remain focused and professional airman dedicated to providing the best service possible to our passengers.

Try to refrain from calling people names or impugning their integrity only to justify an incredibly weak argument that somehow you have been disadvantaged. Instead, take the high road and keep a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

That is all - now get out there and help make UAL the best airline in the industry.

Wondering how you would feel if our MEC went behind your MEC's back and secured a deal? A deal that will probably negatively affect the JCBA.

Hopefully you're pulling our leg, or you're absolutely clueless and DANGEROUS. Yes, I do blame MC Pierce AND the CAL MEC. I also blame ****like you who allow this to happen. Just so you know, I'm not angry with you, Pierce, the MEC, or the company -- No anger issues here. Unless you are a flight manager, a flight doctor, or a crewmember, you should keep your questions about another pilots fitness to fly securely inside your cakehole.

You might want to start thinking about what you can give back next year to 'negotiate' profit sharing for 2012. Unless you think we'll have a JCBA by then...

*******
That, in a nutshell, is the problem. After all the crap and disrespect we've been fed over the last 10 years, the very last thing we should be doing is helping this management in any way whatsoever. They get absolutely nothing but the minimum of safe operation from A to B. No JRM, no waiving the contract, sick call when sick, fatigue call when fatigued, no CH 9, every MX discrepancy written up, etc. And that has been my "normal individual working schedule and practice" for those of you worried about the injunction.

When we have a CBA with industry-leading scope, pay, and work rules, when Smisek and McDonald have been shown the door, then I MIGHT consider trying to make UAL the best. Until then, let them reap what they've sown.

One other thing: **** or ****

Would you be so kind to tell us something?

What flavor is the koolaid? It must taste a lot better than the coffee.

Clueless and dangerous? Too funny. Some of you folks over at L-UAL are just, well, very emotional and immature. At first I was surprised by this but now that I am seeing it all the time it is no wonder you guys are in such disarray.

Perhaps you should focus on what your MEC is doing. This seems to be the source of your cries for justice and equality all wrapped in a blanket of superiority and smugness. Once you get your house in order than get back to me for suggestions.

Now get in there Maverick and engage your MEC, engage your MEC.

You are very angry and as such have a very bad attitude. I wonder, if you will ever be happy. You drew a line in the sand. What if you don't achieve your goals of scope, pay, and work rules? Are you going to walk around the terminals with a scowl on your face for the next ten years? Are you going to make the company pay big time, lol?
