And that depends entirely on which "15 years on property" category you fall in to. 15 years on property for some guys does not equal 15 years on property for some other guys.

I've been here almost 19 years and I haven't cracked 7000 on the seniority number.

By next January 2017 you should hold EWR/SFO 737/320 Captain
and your seniority number guessing to be around 9800

I think a more accurate gauge of growth is how long does it take to hold a line as a captain. For United, EWR and SFO reserve captains slots will always go junior because they are both very expensive locations and EWR is a sh**hole. Just saying.
I'm interested to know the seniority it takes to hold a line as a captain in SFO and what about the most junior reserve captain in Denver. I assume that is pretty high seniority.
