I'll do both.

Maybe I'm just a little more dedicated than you.

(and I think you mean withdraw)

Your union keeps writing all of these letters to express your dissatisfaction; Doesn't seem to be working.

Why don't you guys just shut the b!t(h down? That might get someones attention.

I really really really wish that would happen, but I doubt it ever will. Good luck anyway.

The BOD has clearly given Jeffey much room to maneuver here.

They know what is going on and they think jeff is the perfect "bad guy" to get it done. The BOD doesn't mind using an A hole to do an A hole's job.

Jeff stepped up to the plate and he is the BOD's sacraficial lamb. He will do what he is told; when he is told.

The only weird thing is...............he really enjoys the role.

Useless in writing to the BOD.

This merger was done to break our backs via scope. That's it. Jeff is the bad guy sent in to steal our ball, the ice cream, and the coookies.

But the problem is this guy is costing us a LOT of business and money. A merger is useless when you run the company into the ground in the process. His videos aren't fooling anyone.............

That is a valid point.

However, the BOD knows this too. They simply don't care. The BOD's goal is to break the pilots, no matter what the cost. The BOD knows that once you break the pilots, you are highly positioned to reap 30 years worth of windfall profits. The BOD merely wants to move the entire pilot compensation ball backwards so that we will subsidize their business model to give them the flexibility to what they want to do with the money. This allows them great latitude in pricing their product and in how and when they buy jet fuel. This also allows them to over-compensate management at the same time.

I say this: The BOD is aware of Jeffey's tactics and they wholeheartedly endorse them.

What is plan B if you are not released to strike? I really doubt they will EVER release you. What is the backup plan? Or is there one? The thought of your pilot group flailing away for years on end without a contract and no recourse sickens and saddens me.
