Absolutely!!! I would love to call in sick for as long as it takes. I would cave really quickly if even the RJ guys followed suit.

We dont have to get to a strike to,get the most out of mgmnt. But getting to a peb would give us great advantage. My understaning, is after the 30 cooling off period, the injunction no longer applies. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I thought so, so there u go! Is there anyway to legally confirm this?
If u r correct, them we getbreleased, and peb says no,strike, but i,assure u their are tens of other ways for self help... Rhymes with wilcat and chaos ( create havoc all over the system)

I hope ur right, company is just ****ed it got to this point before the end of '2012 whata bunch of sore losers
