Seriously. Thanks, John Prater, but I prefer to think for myself.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!

We can do better.

And they can afford it!!!

Buyer's remorse is going to be hard to swallow for the next ten years if this first pitch gets voted in.

Read the TA.

Anyone whoever has been on reserve should vote NO.

Read the scope - if you don't want to stagnate for at least a decade, or even have a job, vote NO.

Read the pay, and how am I worth less per hour than a Delta pilot - or even a FedEx pilot, SWA pilot, or UPS pilot, vote NO.

NO NO NO NO NO NO

Yes, all too familiar.

With that much "hot air", his resources could have been better served in the Marriott's parking lot blowing up the ALPA "Inflatable Rat", while yelling "Let's Take It Back".

Printed/Laminated/Attached a copy of the VOTE to the Company ID, as well as affixed the completed ballot to my roll-a-board.

Safe to say, there should be no questions as to how I voted when the subject comes up in the future.

So, you do know that after you do all that laminating and screen shot taking, and Wackervilling, you can go back and vote again (probably "yes" this time). Remember, it's the last vote that counts.

Linda Puchala told a different MEC that the NMB resources are limited. They have a handful of mediators, of which most are booked for the next year. If the TA is turned down, get in the back of the line and expect her help in about 18 months... do not ignore the advice of professionals.

With my NO vote, I will take my "chances" just as those who voted in the same manner. If you feel that the TA meets your "needs", vote accordingly.....I just so happen to see if miles below "sub-par". Let me guess, you were a DAL PWA "YES" vote??

Let you in on a little secret, "fear & mongering" does not help your position, nor change my mind.

From Linda Puchala;

There are 100 airlines, 570 railroads the NMB works with.
They are currently working on about 110 cases.
The NMB has 12 mediators.
Mediators have great latitude and power to set schedules.
They don't like to waste time.
Mediators take into account many things: union elections, amendable dates of your contracts, TAs, other airlines amendable dates, merger activity elsewhere, arbitration, litigation, legislative and regulatory activity.

The NMB mediators do not like to waste time with those that have no situational awareness. Do not think for one minute that the universe revolves around Southern California. They have better things to do that babysit and handhold a bunch of emotional wannabe tough guys.

Get this contract in the bag and start working on the next one, or you'll regret it.

Enough of the diatribe, and answer the question......
Were you a "Yes or No" vote on the DAL PWA???

Already see your were a YES from SLC......explains enough. Head back over to your DPA card drive, your time there will be better served "Father".
