CAL proposed SLI posted on UAL ALPA site

And for all the talk of higher wages I'm shocked how my seniority level has had their relative earnings absolutely trashed by pay banding. Just look at the difference in income for this particular group. I'm a 4/1/1996 hire.
Yeah those CAL pilots hired in 2007 definitely had higher career expectations than me. How silly can you get.

Now that makes perfect sense.
Their list has me at the same seniority as a pilot who should be 11 years junior to me. I had been awarded and flying as a Captain for 8 years when this pilot was HIRED.
That makes sense as well.
And to rub it in I love that there are pilots who are about 15 years younger than me being placed ahead as well. By my calculation they will spend 23 years as a widebody Captain!! Ya, that was going to happen pre-merger with their 192 TOTAL 777 Captain jobs they brought.
I am going to remember this for the rest of my career.

I said all pilots on the proposed sCAL ISL that are on the bottom on the list are sCAL pilot (and they are) About 570. Yes some furloughed sUAL pilots are listed also on the sCAL side who are active and working. Never made a statement that they were hired before merger date. Might want to get that eye exam because you seem to be seeing things not there. As far as not having a lot of sCAL pilots posting on this, your right about that but wrong about the reason. They just don't want to argue with pudknockers. I fact I getting tired of it as well. Good night.

Most of the "new 570" LOL, are listed twice as they are l_UAL pilots on the s-CAL side as new hires. The list, therefore, is about 5% too long so you can subtract another 5% from the relative seniority number listed. I am a 95 hire, next to an 2006 hire, and am listed again as a "new hire" stapled to the bottom.
I hope this is CAL's final offer. It is so far off even my worst estimate that I can't believe the arbitrators aren't FOMCLMAO.
And the UAL side just went Cha-ching. JP has been getting his way for 3 years and got cocky. I think the legal term is Hubris.

Here's a painful one. Since the vast majority of the 570 at the bottom are l-UAL on the l-CAL side, they have been stapled TWICE. First they were stapled to the list with their UAL number, below even CAL furloughs, but then they were stapled again, below.......themselves.
Talk about two kicks in the nuts.
