I think we're arguing the same point in a round-a-bout way.

This award will be different than Nic1 - yet the CAL side proposed an even more extreme solution than even Nic1.

When is the last time that happened at UAL?

BTW, I just finished IOE as captain at the new UAL so tough luck hosers!!
Good for you...wow you're a hero, rock star...fill-in-the blank d-bag. Your uber-non experience will serve you oh (not) so well in and amongst the plethora of highly skilled and extraordinarily competent guys and gals that will likely be subjugated to yanking gear for under-qualified punks such as yourself.

Do yourself a huge favor and exercise a modicum of contrition in the coming years...simplified- don't be such an ass.

When many of us were 29, we were Captains or Instructors in HVY Jets/ High Performance jets, putting big bombs on bad guys....you are a hoot that you think we envy you and you are some King of the Airport. You are a bad joke to many and there is no amount of stripes you can buy and stitch on your CAL/XJET coat that will change that either.

At least you fit the cal mold - nobody wants to take anything away from you. In some ways we feel sorry for you - knowing you come from cal will likely be very junior for some time. In case you haven't heard, cal was/is the the last choice of airlines for everybody that had a choice. Congratulations - if that's what you were looking for - now get out of the way.

UAL pilots highly skilled??? Really, like all of the women and minorities that they were forced to hire in the 1990s.. They were hired for their experience huh.

Every cal and UAL pilot should call you out on that comment - this speaks volumes about the cal pilots backgrounds/experience level.
