As long as we can agree on 1 thing, then I think this thread serves a purpose.
We should agree that we will all unconditionally accept the list when it is awarded. Move on, putting all the rhetoric and name calling behind us. If we can do that, then I think there is hope for this merged pilot group yet.
If not, I think we will all be looking for new jobs in a couple years.
Good luck to all of us.

It will go relative seniority +\- 2%...the UAL furloughs will be the factor as to what the bottom third relative will be.
Oh and save your breath...everybody knows "relative" is not actually mentioned in ALPA merger policy, but definitely falls within the guidelines of the policy Which is written with lattitude exactly for scenarios such as the UAL/CAL merger.

Actually, VERY CLOSE to the UAL proposal is my prediction.

And I will live with that and move on...as you should be able to do in the event that it goes differently from your prediction. Will you?

And to be clear, my prediction is the UAL proposed list. Not something "in-between" the two.
I believe that if the CAL team had seen the UAL proposal first, they wouldn't a have proposed such an extreme list. I think they thought UAL would do something extreme and so this was pre-emptive.
Oh the joys of having to present your case first....
