UPA Next Steps

If you haven't read the UPA Next Steps, and you are l-UAL, don't bother. It's all old contract stuff or already in effect. If you are l-CAL, please enjoy the 12hr block to block RSV rest between trips, min 13 hr long call (A) callout and 10:00 last day release, as well as the max 14 hr short call (B) duty period and the 15:00 last day release. All improvements from your previous contract I'm sure. Just minimum civilized work rules for us l-UAL types. :D

Good Day,
Sled

Good Day,
Sled

Enjoy the raise in hourly pay you got from your chapter 11 contract, and the new metal that will be arriving to fly, compliments of us CAL types. Your benefiting from a joint contract that YOUR mec approved. Wake up dude.

Not on reserve, got a cost of living adjustment and some energy bars. Voted NO.

You will be digging our PBS system soon.

And the guys who fly the high time turns you now can't fly them back to back... Sled, it's all according to your point of view....Just because you like them don't think its blanket coverage for all....Or I guess in your point of view" how dare someone think different than me I'm a United guy, I saved you!!!" I'd love to hear you gloating like you do here in the crew room sometime, but in reality you probably wouldn't... you just like to be tough on here. Sooner or later you'll grow up and maybe get that left seat. Sled, the world does not revolve around you. Get the point?

Our PBS can be fixed, as soon as OSC is taken out of the equation.

What raise??? I used to get 89 hours a month, now that CAL has opened bases in ORD on the Guppy, and most of our domestic flying went to them, I now enjoy the base pay of 70 hours and lovely reserve after being on the 767 for 7 years.
Yeah thanks for the bump in pay, lack of workrules we had BEFORE you guys came over with a contract that OBVIOUSLY pointed out that our draconian and expensive contract was unnecessary.

Question: If you were king of the airline, and you had two groups. One, that held you to your contract with them, or two, the other that *****d themselves out with zero work rules, and BEGGED to fly until their eyes bled.......which side would you grow???

"New Metal?" You mean the dog guppy's that are replacing the 757's?

I'm definitely wide awake and hating the new contract!
