MEC Update Regarding SLI
#21
How about this, we end all the bickering and try to become a unified pilot group moving forward? Come Tuesday, this list will be what it is as determined by three neutral arbitrators. Both Merger Committee's did their best to advocate for their respective pilot groups. Like it or not, when the list comes out it will be what it is and no one will ever change it.
UAL can be a great airline for pilots to fly for, but we need to stick together!
LCAL pilot today, after Tuesday proud to be just one of 12000 plus new United pilots!

Oh yeah, for the other guys/gals, I have a space suit in the closet. So there, with regards to the big watch, etc.......

I'll go on record now saying that I will not *****/complain or gloat with regards to whatever the ISL ends up being. I know that everyone's "expectations" were dramatically changed the day the merger was consummated and that the process looks at the whole group and not the individual. There will be relative "winners" and "losers" when all is said and done.
Hopefully all will be able to look beyond the "me" perspective and embrace the potential going forward.
Anyone else!???
Happy Labor Day to all!

Don't get all bent out of shape on my comment, it's all in good fun, as neither I nor you have any influence and I do know that Merger Policy has changed to factor in longevity....it just doesn't say how big of a factor it has to be.
Here's to good luck on Tuesday.

Well spoken. I couldn't agree more. I look forward to flying out of EWR and gaining a whole new set of friends and hearing a whole new set of "I remember when" stories.
Cheers,
Joe
