We didn't get a deal like DAL/NW because this management is skilled at pitting "coworkers" against each other. Delta management escrowed $650M and told the pilots it's yours when you have a contract and an ISL. Six months later it was done. This management would rather watch us fight while they nickel and dime us. This way everyone is unhappy--customers, workers, and investors.

+1 Thanks Probe. As someone said, "we cannot shake your hand with a clenched fist". Getting rid of guys like Hale will be a step in the right direction. Please use the "report post" so hopefully the Mods will get the hint (again).

Not a personal attack but please think about what and how you post. Your tone and content is not well received. As for the money being allocated because of what you perceive being the UAL side taking care of business... use that as an example about how you speak and it's inappropriateness.
