I think the "no they're not correct" was said regarding the rates posted at the APC Legacy page after seeing the UPA pay table.

The 320 and 737 rates are not. They are now 207/198 with a blended rate of 202.

With all the CA upgrades on the 737 that started around March, would we expect to see alot of changes to the above chart?

Is there any thing a new hire should know about the data within the chart that someone with experiece would see?

Thanks in advance for the education.

Not dead until we go out of business or stop hiring.

Is that a problem?

As a newhire just plan ewr the rest of the data is kinda not important until they shuffle some seats for the fall. The Fo side of the house has had very little movement since the SLI last September

Example is IAH was shut off to newhires last September. One might be able to expect into another base other than ewr maybe this time next year. But that is based upon how many movements are given this fall. The company has focused on 737 captain training this winter and spring so the guppy really was shut off for movement on FOs.

Example in ewr on the 737 there are easily 100-150 fo's waiting on den sfo ord iAd lax and iah.

My 2 cents

Nope. The chart is limited as it only displays the most junior pilot in a seat. If 70 CAs bid into a seat where the junior pilot is already junior to them the chart will not change.

Not really. While the chart shows where the most junior pilots are based, it does not provide any assurances that one can hold a specific base or seat once "x" number of pilots retire.

By the time a new hire can bid a different base (or aircraft) he/she will have been able to check out the monthly bid awards and thier realitive % on the equipment bidding screen. The combination of all three sources of info provides a much more complete picture of one's seniority. (Or lack therof.)
