Do you really believe that? Direct your angst towards the real target that you should be focused on - your MEC, Pierce, Baron et al. Your MEC brought a ridiculous proposal to a table that wasn't a negotiation. It was an arbitration. To be honest, target #1 should be Brucia. #2 is Pierce. After seeing the L-CAL "proposed" seniority list at the end of the first week I received a text from a person close to the situation that read...

"That was the best thing they could have done for us. It was so far out of policy it will be completely disregarded."

And the final ruling didn't come out for 4 months and the CAL side never changed their extreme stance, later claiming they weren't allotted enough time to change their position. LOL.

Yes I do believe that. I will always blame ALPA. Pin is in the trash. Arbs did not get it right. A furloughed pilot should never go in front of an active employee. Period. And no pilot should be able to hold a new seat once the award is done. ALPA merger policy changed to cater to UAL, just because ALPA merger policy was followed(somewhat) doesn't mean the list is fair. You know it and so do I. Now I know the list will not change, but I am done with so called unity and done with anything ALPA. Strictly in it for myself, all decisions I make will be based on wether it helps me or not. Sad, used to not feel like that.
