Einstein, MOST of them would have! Have you even looked at the retirement numbers? No pin? Then no worries, most of us won't speak to you even if directly addressed. Nice Tie. |

Yes I do believe that. I will always blame ALPA. Pin is in the trash. Arbs did not get it right. A furloughed pilot should never go in front of an active employee. Period. And no pilot should be able to hold a new seat once the award is done. ALPA merger policy changed to cater to UAL, just because ALPA merger policy was followed(somewhat) doesn't mean the list is fair. You know it and so do I. Now I know the list will not change, but I am done with so called unity and done with anything ALPA. Strictly in it for myself, all decisions I make will be based on wether it helps me or not. Sad, used to not feel like that.
FWIW, ALPA merger policy changed to preserve ALPA. Nic couldn't happen again. Period. Your guy (Brucia) was there. Seriously, learn. Go ahead, be for yourself. There is a long history of that in this industry. You'll fit in just fine. Scott |

Somehow I'm not surprised. Good luck going forward. As a 737 F/O you've got a lot of career yet to live. Should be an interesting ride.

Won't be able to soak up the sun much longer. All your whale pilots are jumping ship to come fly the guppy. Thought the goal of every UAL pilot was to fly the almighty "JUMBO". Guess that was just SLI propaganda. For having so much loyalty toward your company, I find it funny that y'all seem to like everything CAL. And before you go spewing den and lax. According to most of your theories, since we used to have bases there we are intitled.

Thank you for proving my point over and over again. I will ask you what ALPA survival has to do with a fair SLI
Your lack of knowledge of how this industry works is stunning in its breadth and scope. Again, good luck as you clearly have no frame of reference if you actually believe that the CAL proposal would have flown. These were 3 neutral arb's that looked at both proposals and completely disregarded one. They disregarded the one that you clearly believe was fair. Scott |

Oh you mean those 5 on that last bid? They are simply maneuvering in for a shorter commute to their Asian girlfriends. Sorry. I agree with you there, that is frustrating.

The union did EXACTLY what it was supposed to do. The arbitrators had a unanimous decision. First one in a long time. |
