They are trying to run new United like they ran L-United, and we are seeing the problem with that.

No. Almost 20 years here and never seen such a mess. Between the management philosophy and the LCAL IT systems we are using we now have a problem. Notice we switch to CCS and all of a sudden we have the company staffing retired pilots onto a trip. Or two FOs.

Most of the furloughed guys I fly with aren't wearing their ALPA pins either, for good reason IMHO. Also seen quite a few sUA guys wearing their old wings too, so what. You're the one big on not wearing the hat cause there is an acknowledged problem with the brass. How is it your are unaware that the company also failed to order enough correct jacket brass causing guys to HAVE to wear their old legacy metal in the meantime? Oh, you just wanna poke a stick at CAL guys, again.

Snarge, you are my definition of a Benedict Arnold!! You keep saying how sick and tired you are flying with us because of our independent mentality yet in the next breath say how nice we are? (You may need to have that bipolor disorder looked at again!!) Why did you take the job? You don't need to thank us for the job, it was negotiated! However, you don't need to give us a reach around either!! Talk about a Scab mentality!

Scab Mentality... you would know right?

Socially most pilot groups are great... usually when a pilot leaves an airline for another, great comments such 'best pilot group. ever.' Sincere parting words....

But when it comes to solidarity and a unified group... the CAL group just isn't there... recall that scab mentality you know so well...
