It would always be safe to assume the worst case scenario.

Realistically, and unless UA shrinks, LAX should be attainable much quicker even if UA only staffs for attrition.

For example, on the 12/17/13 "Junior Pilot in Operation" list the most junior pilot at the entire company was 12618 (EWR) and the most junior LAX 737 FO was 12269.
