I went from 1 week (of my 2) to none. No way to see why?

I filed a PDR and emailed [email protected] and [email protected] per previous union email.

Rumor from a EWR rep is that the re-run will be re-run for more of the same issues.

I have an answer for the Company!! Just give everybody their first 2 choices on ALL Bids with NO restrictions. Than go back to the Wizard behind the IT dept. and tell him he has all yr. to figure out a new program!!

The Annual Vacation tab under bidding has been removed.

It doesn't seem like rocket science to me. I'm pretty sure a college Computer Science student could write a program to do this. It's only 12,000 pilots...you'd think that a reasonably powered desktop could run the entire thing in like 30 seconds.

First 2 choices would not cover vacation for everybody. I was wondering if the tab being gome is another rerun or they are getting ready for the secondary bid.

Vacation bidding has always been kind of a joke but this is really been bad.

I bid for 28 days mid Oct with a second bid of 7 days in Sep (33 assignable). First two runs awarded the 28 days. Final award the 7 days in Sep. no idea why, PDR and emails sent.
